Legacoop Bologna is a non-profit Association that represents cooperatives, companies and entities of Bologna, belonging to the National League of Cooperatives and Mutuals.
The main tasks of Legacoop Bologna are:
- assistance through a qualified network of services in the tax, financial, legal, labour and corporate law fields, trade union relations and support for digital transformation;
- supervision of the cooperative identity and promotion of the system of values that characterize it;
- promotion and support for the creation of new cooperative;
- supervision, of the intergenerational social heritage of cooperation.
Legacoop Bologna promotes activities to foster synergies and collaboration between companies on different kind of topics, such as innovation, supporting sectoral and intersectoral initiatives and supply chain projects, development processes, integration, merger and aggregation of companies. Legacoop Bologna provides support to productive and social innovation processes by supporting evaluation and training. Finally, they develop an information activity on subsidy opportunities, tenders and funding.
Moreover, Legacoop Bologna promotes economic and social research and protect the archival and historical heritage of the associated bodies, in close synergy with the Italian Documentation Center on Cooperation and Social Economy.
